Dr. Sazzad secured his LL.B, LL.M, and Ph.D in Law from Islamic University, Kushtia. In his professional life, Dr. Sazzad has 12+ years of previous bench experience serving in the roles of Assistant Judge, Senior Assistant Judge, Judicial Magistrate, Senior Judicial Magistrate and Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate. Dr. Sazzad contributed to a number of peer reviewed journals and presented papers in an international conference. He received training on judicial administration, legal aid, legal research, land survey and settlement, road safety and so on.
Dr. Sazzad has also a good track record of debate and other extra curricular activities since his student life. He was the President of Islamic University Debating Society (IUDS) during 2008-2009 period and the President of Hatiya Debating Society, Dhaka during 2006-2008 period. He participated in and led many television and national debate competitions.
Dr. Sazzad is now actively practicing in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
